We're excited to welcome Chef Juan Andres Vais to the Chefs & Chenin lineup.
The Argentinian-born, Cape Town-based founder and head chef of African Gaucho, Juan has spent over two decades on South African soil building a reputation for mastering the art of open fire cooking; bringing the bold, smoky traditions of the South American asado to events across the country.
